You heard right, Common Market comes to Cotswold. The popular market & deli plans to open its new location at 4420 Monroe Road in Cotswold/Oakhurst this Spring! With development booming along the Monroe Road Corridor, the market will provide a great space to gather for area residents. The proposed plans call for the space to include a full deli (similar to that of its Plaza Midwood location), coffee, beer and wine selections. There has also been discussion amongst community residents that a larger grocer will also be coming to the area.
Last November Common Market also announced plans to open a new 7,000-square-foot location in Charlotte’s SouthEnd, located at 235 W. Tremont Avenue. We are looking forward to more CM locations across Charlotte!
