Well mark your calendars folks! On Saturday, December 1st, the Plaza Midwood 3rd Annual Holiday Central Block Party will kick off the season right! If you’ve got the post-turkey blues, then join Midwood residents and local shops and restaurants in all the fun they’ll be having while local artisans and crafts makers sell their goods from 5-7:30pm on Commonwealth, just between Gordon & Thomas.

They’ll be live music, as you sing along with the Plaza Midwood Family Band, Santa to shoot your pictures with, and maybe… just maybe even a ’74 Caddy! There will be local vendors, food trucks, and fun family activities such as face painting, ornament decorating, candy canes and more. Dancers from Open Door Studios will also be there!. The lighting ceremony of the art tree will take place at 7pm.

PLUS Have your picture made with Santa and light up the art tree! What could be better than Santa, family, fun, and friends! Ho ho ho + Happy Holidays y’all!
